Picture this - fresh out of grad school, armed with a degree, and brimming with enthusiasm, I landed my first gig at Ernst Young as a Management Consultant.
Oh, the thrill of jet-setting across different cities, working on various projects, and racking up hotel points and airline miles like it was my second job!
It was fun...but it was impossible to manage my weight during those years.
The erratic sleep schedule, countless late nights at the office followed by late dinners with the team, and the allure of hotel club lounge breakfasts wreaked havoc on my health and weight.
