I've partnered with a licensed telehealth company with physicians on staff. They handle all medical care—lab testing, prescriptions, dosing, protocols, side effects, renewals. My role is coaching: I guide you through the lifestyle, mindset, and habit work while providing accountability and support. I redirect all medical questions to their Patient Care Team. You work with BOTH: their medical team for clinical decisions AND me for coaching support.

No. You can work with me for coaching only. However, most of my clients choose to add the functional wellness support because it addresses root causes (hormones, metabolism, sleep) that make weight loss easier.

If adjustments are appropriate, our licensed clinical partner handles those decisions. If not, we focus on optimizing the lifestyle layer - sleep, stress, protein, movement, nervous system regulation, so you see consistent progress from what you're already doing.

We take privacy seriously. Your health data is collected only for your care, stored in secure, HIPAA‑compliant systems by our licensed telehealth partner, and accessible only to the medical team and me as your coach. We use encrypted platforms for sessions and messaging, limit access to the minimum necessary, and never share or sell your information. If we ever feature a client story, we remove identifying details unless you’ve given written consent. You can request copies of your records or revoke sharing permissions at any time.
