I've partnered with a licensed telehealth company with physicians on staff. They handle all medical care—lab testing, prescriptions, dosing, protocols, side effects, renewals. My role is coaching: I guide you through the lifestyle, mindset, and habit work while providing accountability and support. I redirect all medical questions to their Patient Care Team. You work with BOTH: their medical team for clinical decisions AND me for coaching support.

No. You can work with me for coaching only. However, most of my clients choose to add the functional wellness support because it addresses root causes (hormones, metabolism, sleep) that make weight loss easier.

Medication decisions are entirely up to the prescribing medical practitioner. They review your intake, health history, and goals to determine what's clinically appropriate. I educate you on program structure, but I don't discuss specific medications, dosing, or protocols—that's the provider's role.
