I know that seems like a strange thing to say, but it's 100% true. My work as a Health + Life Coach isn't to teach you to eat more kale. There are tens of thousands of diet books that can show you how to make dietary changes.

No problem. During our first call, we’ll compare calendars and schedule your first 4 sessions together. If you need to reschedule, there is a link where you can change as necessary with minimum of 24-hour notice.
