I want you to experience Food Freedom. This is when you are able to:

  • allow yourself all the foods - WITH NO DRAMA 

  • know that you can have as much or as little as you want - WITH NO DRAMA 

  • make food decisions that don't define who you are or your worth as a person - WITH NO DRAMA 

I've been living in the land of Food Freedom for years and it's so normal for me, that I sometimes forget how far I've come.
