Many of us believe we know what we should be eating and doing every day to lose weight – we just can't get ourselves to do it consistently. I remember diligently tracking all my meals and exercise on My Fitness Pal, then looking back at my very lowest weight to see what I ate and thinking that if I could just eat the same thing that I ate the four weeks leading up to that low weight then I can lose that weight again.
