EP 76. Overeating and Overspending During the Holidays: an Interview with Germaine Foley, Life + Money Coach


One of the things that comes up for my clients during coaching along with overeating is overspending. I always say how you do one thing is how you do everything. Because it's the holiday season, and it is that time for gifting and eating and spending, I thought it would be really interesting to introduce you to someone who coaches very specifically on money.
