I know that seems like a strange thing to say, but it's 100% true. My work as a Health, Life + Weight Loss Coach isn't to teach you to eat more kale. There are tens of thousands of diet books that can show you how to make dietary changes.

During coaching sessions, I get to look objectively at your mind and coach you through the process of unraveling and deprogramming your old, dieter's mindset.

  • Yes there is! Extended payment plans are available on the checkout page.

  • We accept all major credit cards and US bank transfers. Additional payment options include PayPal, Afterpay, Google Pay, Klarna, and Cash App.

  • No problem. During our first call, we’ll compare calendars and schedule your first 4 sessions together. If you need to reschedule, there is a link where you can change as necessary with minimum of 24-hour notice.

  • Yes, for an additional fee, I will meet with you on Saturdays or Sundays.

  • Professional Development benefits vary from company to company. For some clients, coaching falls within their professional development or executive coaching guidelines. Check your HR department if you are unsure.
