Are you drinking enough water during the winter months? If you’re like me, then drinking enough water in the winter is a challenge. Some people tend to be less thirsty in colder weather, so they drink less water in the winter than in the summer. The problem is that even in winter we can experience dehydration. Yes, winter dehydration is a real thing and it leads to difficulty concentrating, poor memory, and bad moods.
As I built my coaching practice I created a bunch of health hacks to help myself and my clients create healthier habits. In this episode, I will share several hacks to ensure that you are drinking enough water throughout the day to avoid winter dehydration.
