EP. 118 How to Create Consistency
Does this sound familiar? You start a new weight loss plan and you're super excited.
You are on cloud nine thinking about the new smaller body that’s in your future. In the beginning, you do all the things - print out the plan; buy the groceries; post in the group how excited you are; you decide what stores you're going to shop in and what you're going to wear when you reach your goal and for a few weeks, you're all in. You are doing it and your motivation is at 100%, but gradually you begin to do less and less and less until you’re back at square one.
This is called inconsistency. Inconsistency looks like starting a weight loss plan and then for whatever reason, you quit. This is your biggest problem. You know consistency is the key to achieving your forever weight and staying there, but somehow you fail to stay consistent with your new habits.
I have been there and done that and I want you to know that it can get better. You can learn to create consistency. Your consistency muscle will get stronger when you learn why inconsistency seems easier for you.
So listen up because I'm about to tell you why you struggle with consistency and then I'm going to teach you what to do to create more consistency when it comes to weight loss.
In this episode, you'll learn:
why it's difficult to stay consistent
how to create consistency by doing four things
