Most of us live with chronic stress and anxiety and most of the time, we don't pay it much attention because we've normalized it. This was certainly true for me in my early 20’s. Back then, I was chronically stressed about everything like being accepted at work, my weight, my appearance, my skin, being in or out of a relationship, money, etc., and to cope I used food as my comfort.
