Our 14-Day Guarantee:
We want you to feel confident and supported as you start your transformation. If, within the first 14 days of the program, you’ve fully participated but don’t feel more empowered, clear about your goals, or on track to lasting weight loss, we’ll refund your investment.

Eligibility for a Refund:
To be eligible, we ask that you demonstrate your commitment to the process by providing the following:

  1. Daily Self-Coaching Logs: Documentation of your participation in the self-coaching habit for the first 14 days.

  2. Completed Coursework: Assignments and exercises from the program modules completed during this period.

  3. Participation in Coaching Calls: Notes or screenshots to show you’ve attended or watched the replays of any live coaching sessions offered during the first two weeks.

How to Request a Refund:

  1. Submit Your Request: Email clientcare@jenniferdent.com within 14 days of your enrollment date. Please include your proof of participation (as outlined above) and a brief explanation of why the program didn’t meet your expectations.

  2. Processing Your Refund: Once we review your submission, we’ll process your refund within 10 business days.

Important Notes:

  • Refunds are only available within the first 14 days of the program. Requests submitted after this timeframe will not be eligible.

  • Refunds are limited to the purchase price of the program.

  • Any bonuses or materials provided during the program must not be shared or used after requesting a refund.
