Today we are diving into the third and final part of a 3 part series. In this series, I'm walking you through the progression of thinking of the LUXE Lifer who follows my 3 phase approach to weight loss as it specifically relates to thoughts about daily weight fluctuations.


We discussed phase one, the Learn phase in EP. 93. Phase two, the Lose phase was covered in EP. 94 where we focused on how we begin to unpack all the beliefs that are holding us back from truly looking at the number on the scale as neutral data. And today we will cover phase three, the Live phase. This is where you've reached your forever weight and you are learning to live in your new body and you're now learning to create your maintenance mindset.
