In this episode, we’re talking about fake hunger -- what it is and how to ignore it. When I start working with my clients, I find that many of them don't really know when they are truly physically hungry. This is because they aren’t aware of the 3 types of fake hunger that they experience. 

Diets allow us to ignore our body's true hunger signals. Dieters are used to following a plan with a schedule of when to eat and what to eat and how much to eat. When you're on a diet, you don't really pay attention to true hunger signals, but you DO pay attention to FAKE HUNGER.
