When I use the term overeat, I don't always mean eating uncontrollably and binging on everything. I am talking about things like eating the last few chicken fingers off of your kid's plate or eating the last banana that's sitting on the counter because you don't want it to go bad. These are things that you often do without a thought.


You overeat because you don't know how to think like a person who doesn't overeat. It's that simple. You have created a pattern of thinking and feeling and eating that is now on autoplay and you don't know how to stop it. But have no fear. I have a solution for you. Once you can learn to identify how your thoughts lead you to eat, then you can begin to make some changes.
