- You deeply want your work to MATTER. You want to make a difference. You want to be a part of something bigger than yourself
- You consider yourself a problem solver that doesn't get freaked out with things you don't quite understand...instead you look at it as an opportunity to develop your skill-set even further
- You are on East Coast Time or willing to work those hours
- You have flexibility and are available to work occasional evenings, and weekends for virtual events and are willing to travel for in-person events
- You are an excellent written and verbal communicator
These will be the results you will be accountable for…
- Learn how to prioritize new work alongside older tasks
- Enhance knowledge of the Stop. Dieting. Forever.™ process by reading and watching content
- Making the job of CEO easier by being an essential business partner
- Accuracy with webinar links, emails, scheduling, and communications with my clients
- Timeliness with completion of assignments and projects as well as check-ins
- Timeliness and accuracy with client service and onboarding of new clients
- Managing email and social media pages
- Lite video editing
- Clear, open, frequent, almost over-communication (even if you hear crickets)
- Keeps processes up to date in Team Member folders including videos
- Attending weekly team meetings
- Watching any and all training for the job
- Managing private community Facebook group with the current membership roster
You must have working knowledge and experience with:
- G-mail, MS Teams, Excel, Canva, Slack, Motion, Facebook group administration, Asana, Adobe
- Experienced with Flodesk, Leadpages, Square Space, Zoom, basic video editing
- If you are not familiar with Searchie, you are willing to learn it
This position is NOT for you if:
- You are not available between 10 am and 6 pm ET Monday thru Friday, and occasionally on weekends
- You love people but technology freaks you out
- You have personal drama.
- You want a side job so you can “start your own thing”
- You consider yourself more of a creative free spirit than an organized technology lover
- You are not SELF-DIRECTED or have the ability to THINK-AHEAD. If you cannot anticipate what needs to be done or if you need to be constantly reminded of what needs to be done - please do not apply!
In addition to the above:
- Has experience and/or an understanding of the coaching industry (or desire to learn)
- Wants to be part of MY team, and isn't an assistant for multiple clients (needs a dedicated team member)
- Design experience is a plus, but not required
- You love following processes with an eye for continuous improvement
- Experience with event planning (getting quotes, managing vendors and contracts, etc.) would be fantastic
COMPENSATION
Negotiable, flat fee paid monthly with a quarterly bonus
