Food freedom is simply living your life feeling in control of the food that you eat instead of feeling like food controls you. If you are a professional dieter, this may seem practically impossible but when you learn to undiet your brain and get off of the weight loss struggle bus, you will be pleasantly surprised when your thoughts about food decrease.
