Step 1: Enroll + complete your intake

Once you enroll, you’ll receive your welcome materials, intake form, and instructions for ordering your labs through Quest or LabCorp using your Luxe Bucks credits.

You’ll also have your first private call with Jennifer so we can review your goals, symptoms, weight loss history, lifestyle, and what you’ve already tried.

Step 2: Complete your labs within the first 10 days

Your first priority is to complete your lab work within the first 10 days so we can stop guessing and start looking at what’s actually happening in your body.

Once your results are available, you’ll request a clinical interpretation from a licensed clinician. This usually takes about one week.

Step 3: Get your Grown Woman Weight Loss Strategy

After your intake, lab results, symptoms, and clinical interpretation are complete, Jennifer will review everything together and create your personalized Grown Woman Weight Loss Strategy.

This is your custom guide for what your body needs next, including recommendations around nutrition, movement, hormones, stress recovery, sleep, supplements, peptides, GLP-1 support, and identity-based behavior change, when clinically appropriate.

Step 4: Review your strategy together

On your second private call, Jennifer will walk you through your Grown Woman Weight Loss Strategy so you understand what your labs mean, how they connect to your symptoms and weight, and what to focus on first.

You’ll leave with clarity, next steps, and a plan built around your body — not another generic diet.
