Wk 2–3

Labs return. Private calls unlock. Your results are interpreted by a medical professional. Once you have your results in hand, you book your three private coaching calls with Jennifer — scheduled across weeks two through eight at your pace.

Week 4

Custom strategy delivered. Built directly from your lab results and your life. Food framework, supplementation guidance, hormone pathway, nervous system support.

Wk 5–8

Implementation, coaching, and identity work. Your remaining private calls, monthly Identity Upgrade group calls, and the private podcast all running in parallel. The weight starts moving. Eight to ten pounds in six weeks is the norm — not the exception.

  • Yes. The First Ten is not ideological about tools. We build your strategy around whatever you are already using — not against it.
