I see my clients sabotage their current weight loss because deep down they believe they won’t be able to lose the weight or after they’ve reached their goal weight, they are consumed with worry that they won't be able to keep it off. This is what I call maintenance mind drama. These are sneaky self-sabotaging thoughts that you are often not aware of and it keeps you from your goal weight.
