I teach you how to overcome specific obstacles that everyone runs into, like “my self-judgment is out of control” and “I don't feel like it today!” and “OMG, the scale is stuck, what do I do?” I teach you how to move through these problems quickly so they don't derail your progress.
Step 3. LIVE IT. When you achieve your forever weight, I teach you how to live life at your goal. This means, not living in fear that you will gain it back. At this phase, you've achieved food freedom because you've gained soooo much confidence around food.
