One of the main reasons people are drawn to different diet programs is because they tell you exactly what to do. Our human brains like instructions. This was totally my story. My weight was the albatross around my neck. It was the pain in my a**. And because I didn’t know how to solve the problem on my own, I joined lots of weight loss programs. I followed the instructions to the “t” but still, my weight would go up, then it went down, then it went back up, and eventually, it would get stuck.
