After a long period of not traveling because of the pandemic, we are ready to get out and see the world again.
For many of us, not only are we taking a vacation from our jobs and our businesses, but we are also taking a vacation from our healthy lifestyle. The problem is that when we think of vacation, we think of it as not just time to recharge and rest, we think of it as a time to indulge and eat and drink all the things.
