EP. 131 Grief and the Holiday Season - An Interview with Grief Coach, Julie Cluff

Over the past few episodes, I've been talking specifically about how to handle many of the eating and food challenges that we face during the holiday season. One topic that isn't always easy to talk about is the topic of grief caused by the death of a loved one.

And so I decided to bring in the expert, one of my former clients and grief coach and trainer, Julie Cluff, to the podcast to talk about this sensitive subject.
