Eating too much in one sitting or snacking throughout the day are common habits that can be hard to break. This becomes increasingly challenging for those in the United States as we approach the Thanksgiving holiday.
While there isn't a magic hack that will keep us from overeating, our old dieters brain will revert to some familiar tricks such as eating gum while you cook or putting your fork down between each bite. You know the hacks, but they won’t work if you don't have the thoughts to support them.
