Do I need Facebook to participate?
No. You watch all of the video training and group calls replays in the Bootcamp portal. To attend the group coaching calls live, all you need is Zoom. However, there is magic that happens in the interactive Facebook group, but it is not required for weight loss success.
I had weight loss surgery. Can I still participate in the Bootcamp?
Absolutely! I have helped women lose more weight without dieting post-gastic surgery. I do this by addressing the REAL problem - emotional eating - and healing that.
What if I don't like to cook?
Let me be honest with you. If you're looking to create a new result, you need to create new decisions and one of those decisions is going to be getting over your dislike of cooking. There are tons of ways to make cooking easy and uncomplicated. Cooking your meals may be uncomfortable at first, but once you begin to see results on the scale, it's something you'll look forward to.
What do I need to participate?
Just a good attitude! If you don't have a scale, you should buy one so you can track your progress. You'll also want to make sure you have a notebook to take notes. You should have internet access so you can access the Bootcamp portal and Zoom from your desktop, laptop, tablet, or smart phone.
What if I want private coaching with Jennifer?
Private coaching will be available to you once you complete the foundation work in the 30-Day Bootcamp. I work with a maximum of five private clients at a time and a deposit is required to add your name to the waitlist.
What if I need more support during the 30 days?
When you join the Bootcamp, you will have the opportunity to sign up for four, weekly 20-minute accountability coaching sessions for an additional $147. Once the slots are taken, this offer will no longer be available.
I'm a man and I want to join. Is this just for women?
I understand that you want to learn how to stop dieting forever too. Yes, you are welcome to join the Bootcamp. Just be aware that my target audience is women and that's who I speak directly to, but what I teach is universal to any body and any brain...including yours.
Is exercise required?
The short answer is no. I don't recommend beginning an exercise program unless your intentions behind starting one support your goal. If the thought of exercise doesn't light you up right now, don't start working out thinking it's going to speed up your weight loss. You'll learn when is the right time to amp up your activity levels.
I'm a vegetarian/vegan/pescatarian/fill in the blank. Will this work for me too?
Absolutely. My process teaches you how to create your own eating plan based on the foods that your body loves. So you get to decide what foods to include and what foods to exclude.
What happens after the 30 days are over?
I will not leave you hanging. At the end of the Bootcamp, you will have an opportunity to join the exclusive Stop. Dieting. Forever. Program so you can continue your progress with even more support and resources. You will have immediate access to the group so you will be able to achieve your forever weight.
I'm not on Facebook, what if I have a question?
No problem! You will have access to a video messaging system where you can drop me your questions and I will respond directly to you.
What is the group coaching schedule?
Unless otherwise stated, live group coaching will be held on Tuesdays at 7 pm ET. All calls will be recorded.
When you register, you will receive an email with a link to automatically add all the dates, times, and Zoom links to your personal calendar.
