Shake the Seasonal Sugar Habit

One of the reasons we love pumpkin flavored products this time of year is because they are made with sugar and spice and all the things that make our brains feel nice.

Do you often think it's a good idea to indulge in the treat just because it's only available once a year?

Well, that's a SSST (Sneaky, Self-Sabotaging Thought) if you didn't already know it.

Too many of us fall victim to the food company marketing hype and we eat faux flavored pumpkin foods that don't fuel our bodies.

I know it's hard to say no!

Listen, my husband went to the grocery store today to get a few essentials and came back with a box of Pumpkin Doughnut Muffins he said were just “sitting there at the checkout."

What the heck is a doughnut muffin anyway?

It's not just your lack of willpower.

There are other factors at play and the food companies make it really hard for you to say no.

I don't want you to fall victim to it if you don't want to. Listen to this podcast if you want to learn how to eradicate the hold that sugary pumpkin treats have on you.

After you listen, head on over to sign up for Holiday Help – my 3-part video series which I will release on October 24th.
