Do You Love Your Toes?

This is important.

I want to remind you of the internal power that you have.

Sometimes people get so used to looking in the mirror and being dissatisfied with what they see.

They silently tell themselves what they don't like and they mentally beat themselves up day after day.

“I'm looking so old today.”

“My belly is huge.”

Every time they "dis" themselves, they slowly chip away at their confidence.

Every time they berate themselves, they weaken their self-esteem…

…and they try to make up for their lack of confidence by people-pleasing.

I'm telling you this from experience.

You have the power to feel good right now no matter what the scale says.

You can DECIDE to feel GOOD about your body while still working to achieve your forever weight.

Yes. You. Can.

When your weight loss actions come from a place of respect for your body, creating a healthy lifestyle feels soooooo much better.

Try it and see.

THIS WEEK

When you're getting dressed in the morning, intentionally show gratitude for all of your body parts.

“Thank you neck for holding my head up!”

“I appreciate you toes for helping get from A to B."

“Thank you thighs for helping me dance last night!”

By doing this daily, you will stop the self-loathing and reclaim your power.

And…

…when you feel appreciation for your body, you're more likely to make food decisions that support your goal.

Getting to your forever weight really can be that easy.
